The Global Mobile team is responsible for the product strategy, UX/UI and delivery of mobile apps for American Express Card Members globally. This includes the Amex Mobile app available on iOS and Android in 22 markets.

We are part of the wider Global Digital Membership Experiences team that looks after the implementation of the multi-channel market strategy and development, focused on defining and implementing experiences and products across channels.
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Associate Product Manager to join our mobile product team in Singapore. The successful candidate will have experience of designing and managing digital initiatives. This role will support the Product Owners in facilitating the roadmap and strategy for the Digital Wallets vertical of the App come to life. The role will involve liaising with design, engineering, product and other stakeholders to coordinate the release of features that drive value for our Card Members. You will also be required to work with customer research and conduct experimentation to identify the right opportunities and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Support Product Manager on roadmap, integrations, and overall product development
Research and identify new products, services, and frameworks by assessing the competitive landscape, user behaviour and internal Amex capabilities
Manage/Maintain documentation for team’s research and regular communications to our internal teams and external partners
Coordinate with design and engineering to ensure that the visual and technical requirements are accurately captured and delivered
Create thorough user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team to refer to
Take the engineering and design teams through process of discovery, grooming, build, testing and delivery
Partner with teams across the organization to identify and assess opportunities to solve customer needs within the app
Supporting the measure of the effectiveness and the success of different product features
