Should have hands on experience in any ETL tool such as: SSIS or Talend
Well versed in SQL performance tuning
Well versed in DB design concepts such as ER diagrams, Entity Relationships, Primary/Foreign keys etc.
Very good communication and documentation skills
Experience MS-SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory
Nice to have: Big Data Technologies such as Hadoop, Data Lakes, Google Big Tables
Nice to have: Power BI, Tableau skill
Nice to have: Azure/GCP certifications
