Position :
Job Description : Assist tool users by troubleshooting issues, documenting solutions, and communicating improvements
Work with internal business leaders to identify system improvement needed to promote growth of BY Customer Success and SaaS initiatives
Develop requirements and create details design documents for identified changes
Assist tool users by troubleshooting issues, documenting solutions, and communicating improvements
Work with ITG team to validate the solution, estimate the cost and time frame for implementation and follow the development of the solutions
Work with the operation’s team to develop and oversee testing, documentation, implementation and change management plans
Work with Operations management to prioritize projects
Identify new tool features that can be implemented with the goal of improving productivity, removing manual work when possible and supporting quick onboarding of new customer success associates
Stay up to date on new features of the tools supported by the team

Experience required or preferred
Experience in troubleshooting software issues
Experience in change management, with proven communication skills in a global environment
Experience in reaching quick consensus with different group to accelerate project implementation
Experience in setting up test plans and working with shared resources for implementing test plans
Strong Excel skills
Familiarity with analytic tools such as PowerBI
Familiarity with KCS and experience with Salesforce Knowledge
Familiarity in DevOps / agile development methodology
Familiarity with Salesforce Communities, including the use of community builder, templates, chatter, community specific lightning components
Familiarity or experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, reporting, milestone and entitlement
Familiarity or experience with Gainsight, including playbooks, journey orchestrator, success plans, timeline, reporting & dashboards
Education and Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
Salesforce certification (Admin, Service Cloud and / or Experience Cloud consultant) a plus
Gainsight Admin certification a plus
