Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Back-End Software Engineer to join our Quest Team as a core team member. You will be a key member in developing core features in the mobile app, refactoring existing codes and scaling the platform overseas. If you possess a unique blend of technical expertise and insatiable curiosity, with a methodical, analytical mindset, we would love to have you over for a chat over coffee!
Responsibilities:
Work with CTO and provide technical direction to team by communicating the progress of long-term technology roadmap
Build robust and scalable software with Flutter
Pivotal member in building A.I. recommendation engine
Produce and improve code quality through writing unit test, automation and performing code reviews
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products
Monitor the performance of the app and continuously improve them on both code and experience level
Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on schedule
Establish Back-End Software Engineer best practices for future development
What we are looking for:
More than 2 years of hands-on coding and software design experience
Passionate about software development, problem-solving and technical challenges
Foundation in: Computer Science, Algorithms, and Web Design
Proficient in: Flutter App Development, SQL, Machine Learning models and Solution Architecture experience
Experience with all phases of software development life cycle, best practices and Agile Software Development
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment
