Job Description : WHAT YOU’LL DO
You would work in the Enterprise Security Service team with BCG’s Information Security & Risk Management organization. Primary activities would be to work in the Business Continuity Management function as a lead for development of full lifecycle IT Disaster Recovery Plans of different applications / IT Infrastructure hosted within BCG data centre or on the cloud. This will mostly be an individual contribution role but will often need working closely with other colleagues to solve a problem collaboratively

YOU’RE GOOD AT
You should be good at performing IT Disaster Recovery activities and articulate the risks in a comprehensible manner to the application / infrastructure owners. Hence it is expected to have good collaborative and communication skills

You’ll be responsible for
Development and execution of the IT Disaster Recovery Plan activities, to coordinate, monitor and support activities in the areas of the BCM program.
Facilitate and coordinate BCM activities like BIA, BC Plan, IT DR Plan, Risk assessments and carrying out tabletop exercises
Design the Tabletop, Walkthrough and Simulation program to carry out testing of the BC Plans and IT DR plans with various service owners and IT owners.
Working on the Fusion BCM application and enter data into the application related to BIA, BC and IT DR Plans, Risk assessments, Incidents and Exercises.
Identification of risks emerging from BCM activities and following them to closure.
Create and maintain Standard Operating procedures (SOP) for the BCM program
Create training documents for various aspects of the BCM program
Participation in ISO22301 certification as and when we go for the certification
Support Automation activities of BCM program and thereby achieve efficiency and effectiveness
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Should have 9-12 years of experience in BCM activities with speciality in IT DR activities
Exposure to BCM tools such as Fusion, SNOW or such other tools
Good knowledge and experience working with various process and IT teams
Through knowledge of complete BCM process
Good hands-on knowledge of working on all aspects of Business Continuity
Exposure to Security controls related to Business Continuity
Experience of working in a virtual team within a globally distributed company with numerous cultures
A full time Bachelor’s degree preferably in the field of Computer Science/Computer Application/ Information & Technology/ Electronic & Communication Engineering
Relevant industry certifications like MBCP, CBCP, CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001 LA, ISO22301 LA will be a differentiating factor.
