(Mechanical ) / Diploma EngineerExperience: 3 – 6 YearsJob ResponsibilitiesThe candidate:Will be responsible for creating 3D System CAD Drawings in Revit for the Mechanical and Plumbing domainShould be experienced in the engineering outsourcing associated work methodologyShould have prior experience of co-ordinating with other disciplines for their deliverables associated with a Structural/Architectural layout, including aspects related to BIM Modelling Content and Approaches, Model Exchanges, Quality Control, and On-time DeliveryWill be responsible for MEP co-ordination and clash detection in a Navisworks environmentShould have prior experience related to the preparation of HVAC Shop Drawings, Ventilation and Chilled Water Layout, and Duct & Pipe Size CalculationsCandidate must have expertise in the following:Latest versions of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit (BIM Software), AutoCAD MEPBIM/CAD Standards such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, ACAD – (2004 to 2012)3D and 4D DrawingsCollaboration using BIM 360Creating Parametric FamiliesCandidate will be responsible to :Review and QA/QC Project DeliverablesCo-ordinate within the team and with other teams for Project CompletionExecute tasks independently as well as along with the team, by studying customer’s requirementsExperienceCandidate should have prior experience ofWorking on International ProjectsCommunicating with overseas ClientsMeeting Pre-defined Project Delivery TimelinesImplementing ISO/other Standard Work ProcessesMaintaining and monitoring Project Reports, Time-sheets and other relevant DocumentsPlease send your resume to careers@neilsoft.com with the job code in the subject line.Share the pageemailfacebooktwitterlinkedinpinterestJob Type: Full-time
