Job Description : Do you have accounts experience? Are you seeking a career with an exciting and successful local business? Looking for a role that can fit around your schedule?We are searching for an experienced Bookkeeper.Based in Hollingbourne you will be working 25 hours a week. Day and hours to suit. Hours may increase over time.Supporting our groups Accounts Controller.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPurchase Ledger – including entering invoices and ensuring they are correctly coded.Allocating payments.Reconciling monthly supplier statementsEntering cash book paymentsReconciling bank accounts on a weekly basisSupporting the Accounts controller in the preparation of the company accounts.Entering daily bank transactions from bank feedsReconciling bank control accountsPersonal AttributesProven knowledge, experience and a good understanding of Sage 50 and Excel.
