Are you a bookkeeper, with experience working in a practice, looking for a supportive and nurturing environment? We may have just the opportunity for you.
We have been asked to help find a bookkeeper, who isn’t looking to continue professional studies, to support a growing and busy practice in Luton. This is a full-time permanent role. Due to continual organic growth, this practice is looking for a highly motivated and organised bookkeeper to assist on a client portfolio, taking the pressure off of the current team.
Key Duties:
Client Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance
Completion of VAT and similar returns
Review of records maintained by clients
Effectively dealing with client queries
Payroll duties for a small portfolio
The Ideal Candidate:
Bookkeeping experience within a practice environment
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero and Sage desirable but not essential.
Professional and approachable manner
Excellent communication skills
