Job Description : Shoreline Accountants LTDFull Time Bookkeeper required 5 days (Monday – Friday) 9am-5pmShoreline Accountants based in Seaford East Sussex, are now recruiting a fulltime bookkeeper to join the high street office and very friendly team.The ideal candidate will be supporting the business with bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and VAT returns, assisting the Managing Director and Office Manager.JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: *Prepare Year End Accounts / Quarterly VAT returns*Data entry, Invoices & management of Suppliers billing/invoice*Bank & Credit Card reconciliations*Monitoring customer accounts: debt management & credit control*Running regular management accounts for review with MDCANDIDATE PROFILE: *Excellent communication skills*Organised, with excellent numerical skills and good attention to detail*Debt management/credit control understanding*Excel*Good team playerEXPERENCE: Bookkeeping:Microsoft WordMicrosoft ExcelOutlookJob Type: Full TimeSalary: Negotiable based on experience.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £17,000.00-£23,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
