Job Description : YRGENT HIRING : OFFICE ADMIN / BRANCH ADMIN / ADMIN MANAGERRoles and Responsibilities of Branch Admin.1. Maintaining attendance sheet.2. Monitoring conveyance expenses.3. Look after Imprest account details for the month.4. Looking after petty cash expenses.5. Dunzo / Porter/ Courier follow up.6. Material receipt .( Within 24 hrs)7. Site receiving.( Within 48hrs)8. E-way bills for local deliveries.9. DC/ Returnable DC’s for samples.10. Ensure all documentation is in proper place.11. Tendering12. HODs – Handing Over Documents.13. Checking POs14. Payment follow-ups.15. Checking Invoices.16. Plan, Co-ordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems.17. Assess staff performance.18. Ensure smooth & adequate flow of information within the company.19. Organize and supervise other office activities.20. Maintain a healthy and productive work environment in the office.ADMIN MANAGER REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS1. Very good understanding of office management process.2. Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel.3. Critical thinker and problem solving skills.4. Team Player.5. Good time management skills.6. Graduate in any field.7. Great interpersonal & communication skills.8.
