Location: Mumbai
Responibilities:
Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of Adobe AEM sitesWork with key business and technology stakeholders to define and ideate product strategy and requirementsUse high level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical projects and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability.Develop product roadmaps that align with business goals and the organization’s project portfolioLead Agile Scrum ceremonies on projects to enable effective software developmentHelp in conducting all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.Perform continuous and active backlog grooming, calculate ongoing team capacity and velocity.Conduct business analysis and business process mapping with cross-functional teams to enable digital transformation effortsOwn and drive quality assurance and software testing efforts with a key focus on automated testingFormulate and implement software testing strategies for digital transformation initiativesDevelop and review test plans, test cases and test reports to provide insight into the quality of in-development products and measure effectiveness of current test strategiesOwn and drive software life cycle quality documentationCollaborate with & own relationships with global cross functional teams across 8-12 hours time zone difference.
EDUCATION
Required
Bachelor’s DegreeKnowledge of application developmentMinimum 4 years experience with business analysis and business process mapping in a hybrid and/or Agile development environment for digital solutionsExperience with Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Delivery, Automated TestingKnowledge of Software Life Cycle (SLC) and LEAN concepts and methodologiesExpertise with JIRA, Confluence, and rest of the Atlassian suite
Preferred
AEM Business Practitioner CertificationApplying functional knowledge of Adobe AEM to help guide the design and implementation of the solutionFunctional expertise in Adobe AEM 6.5 CloudKnowledge of other agile methodologies like KanbanAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversightDetail oriented with a proven ability to self-motivate and follow-through on tasksStrong problem solving, analysis and communication skills, both verbal and written
Success Factors: Key Success Factors (must be measurable) • Agile Experience in delivering IT systems (making sure they can perform Sprint ceremonies: backlog grooming, spring planning, standups, retrospectives etc.) • Experience with working on external facing websites (does not need to be AEM, could be another technology like .NET or Java) • Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, and rest of the Atlassian suite
