The Opportunity:
As a skilled Business Analyst, you will be responsible for fulfilling a key Parental Leave 12 month contract, supporting initiatives which will deliver the APAC region’s strategy and growth plans.
Duties will include:
Undertaking analysis and documenting of ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes to ensure validity of the business area requirements you are supporting
Analysis of the business landscape including current and target processes, stakeholders and impact analysis
Gathering and documenting business requirements, including undertaking data analysis, to support the future state processes
Identify opportunities and make recommendations for consolidation, streamlining and improvement of affected business processes
Participate in the design of future state solutions, ensuring this delivers against the business requirements, including participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and working with technology, as well as various other colleagues across APAC, with some global connections
About you:
You will have comparable business analyst experiences, and showcase strong stakeholder relationship and storytelling skills
Ability to engage with regional and global stakeholders, across various meeting formats, whilst able to support and influence senior decision makers
Ability to analyse, define and specify business requirements; and translate these into user stories
Practical experience generating processes, the mapping of these and business requirements documentation
Experience in the financial service industry is preferred but not essential
Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Expertise converting manual processes into digital solutions and a working knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage
