Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and extract insights that will drive decisions and strategy for future business performance.
Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure that business data and reporting needs are addressed accordingly.
Create detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
In charge of budgeting and forecasting.
Define key business requirements to be reported to appropriate stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
At least 2 years of experience in analytical roles or similar.
Previous experience in e-commerce, FMCG, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and/or Consulting Firm is preferred.
Good communication skills, both oral and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Interpersonal and consultative skills.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, and organisational skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of delivering data in a high level of accuracy.
Possess a knowledge of processes modeling, networks, databases, business structure, sales and marketing strategy, cost and benefit analysis, and other relevant technology is a big plus.
Have a proactive and inquisitive nature.
Possess good presentation skills with an ability to explain complex analysis in an understandable manner for a wide target audience.
Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
