We stipulate highly marketable solutions and consultancy of all kinds of modern web-based services in all segments, and we do provide IT staff outsourcing services across the globe.Job SummaryWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic BDE to help us expand our clientele and will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity based sales quotas. The BDE will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and in person. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.Key Responsibilities and DutiesIdentify the clients’ needs and develop customized solutions for delivery.Build & maintain healthy relationship with the clients.Regular Reporting to the senior management & Follow-ups with the clients.Maintain Daily & Monthly status reports.To acquire new corporate clients in the IT region/market.Media marketing, development of processes for enhancing productivity and automation of online marketing.Cold calling to potential clients.Develop draft proposals based on client’s requirements.Regular communication with the management to successfully execute the business strategy.Should be able to find new clients, get deals finalized, and coordinate with the technical team on deliverables.Should be a self-starter & independent pro-active, persuasive orientation.Work closely as a team with the respective BDE / Sales Specialist.Will be responsible to acquire projects for web & mobile development.Good understanding of business requirements and documentation.Required Skills & ExperienceMust have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Must have good sales & marketing knowledge or experience.Must have good knowledge or experience of Customer Relationship Management.Must have Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development.Ability to understand client’s requirements.Should be self-driven and willing to take initiative, and target & result oriented.Good presentation and convincing skills.Must be comfortable in emailing / chatting with client over Skype.Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
