Job Description
Should have relevant experience in Business development and sales.
Should have IT-based sales background and knowledge of IT services i.e Web portal Development & Mobile Applications etc
Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through websites and should be comfortable in client interaction and gathering client requirements.
Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire a portfolio of clients, delivering on pre-set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
Develop sales packages and attractive plans to accelerate sales leads and acquisitions.
Prepare monthly pipeline reports for management purposes.
Manage the entire sales life cycle from lead generation to closure.
Market development and lead generation.
Prospect Development, Identifying and qualifying opportunities.
Preparation of proposals, final negotiations, and closure.
Think up new ideas & Interactions with existing clients for new possible business.
Desired Candidate Profile
7+ years of relevant experience in IT sales and team management
Should be open to UK or US shift (if required to meet the target)
Should have prior experience in International sales on various technologies like PHP, NodeJS, CodeIgniter, WordPress, Magento, Drupal, SQL Server, Android, and IOS Development.
Developing growth strategies and business plans.
Should have worked in pre-sales / BD role
Maintain healthy client relationships/customer retention/renewals and word of mouth referrals.
Schedule customer meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Ensure appropriate hand-overs and seamless transition to post-sales teams in a timely manner.
