Role Intro

You will be the first point of contact with potential customers. You will learn about their business drivers, understand their current software development operating model, and share information about how Katalon has assisted companies around the world in achieving their goals.
You will research companies and evaluate their structure and marketing & communications strategies to understand how best to position Katalon’s products.
You will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism during in-store and follow-up with customers. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current trial users.
Nurture interest and consult on Katalon solution to create opportunities via marketing objectives, discovery calls, emails, and consulting.
Schedule product demonstrations, and collaborate with Account Executives to qualify customers, build a pipeline, and drive deals.

Responsibilities
You will be utilizing all available resources to source new sales opportunities through product-qualified leads;
You will research accounts, identify key players and generate interest;
You will use a consultative sales approach and offer consumers an array of debt relief products and provide them solutions to their immediate needs via mail/LinkedIn/call;
You will research them to make customized sales pitches and demonstrate how the consumer would benefit from purchasing the product;
You will work closely with the support team and be responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions and send additional information per email;
You will articulate Katalon solutions, and route opportunities properly to Account Executives;
You will maintain daily activities in the system of record, tracking interactions with prospects and customers;
You will stay up-to-date on the new releases of Katalon Solutions/products/services;
You will receive continuous training and coaching from your mentor and peers;
You will be recognized and celebrated for the many contributions that you make to our growth.
Requirements
Half operator, half planner – you combine creative ideas with your inner execution ability to achieve desired results. You’ll perform a vital role within our Revenue team by engaging with prospective customers – via emails, phone calls – to learn about their current process for building software and introduce them to our world-class Account Executives and Solution Consultants who share information about the innovation we’ve delivered to the market.
1 to 2 years of sales experience within a SaaS company is essential. Agile, DevOps, and/or Observability domain knowledge is preferred
Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, excellent organizational skills and time management
Motivated, driven, and results-oriented
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly
Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient
Ability to work independently toward ambitious goals
An inherent work ethic and takes an “Excellence Always” mentality to their work
