Your Role
Brief about the role. This position will primarily be responsible to interface with technical and business stakeholders from different business lines, coordination with third party vendors & product vendors and coordinate with onshore & offshore team members for solution architecting, design and development Business Intelligence solutions using technologies Oracle Analytics Cloud, OBIEE, Power BI, ETL tools – ODI, Informatica etc.,. Should be hands on resource – able to handle configuration and technical development, solution design and support various testing cycles. Experience in working in an environment which has integration with enterprise applications such as Control M, App Dynamics, Jira, Jenkins etc., is added advantage. Your Key Responsibilities
Coordination with technical and business stakeholders – elicit requirements related to Business intelligence solutions
Participate in requirements workshops, solution design, coordinate user acceptance testing
Delivering OBIEE, ODI, Power BI based solutions on AWS
Co-ordinate with Offshore & near shore team for delivery
Reporting Product/Core issues to Vendor/Client and coordinating for solution
Environment Planning
Control-M jobs configuration
Application and unit testing
Documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 14 – 16 years of experience in Information Technology.
Australian citizens and those authorized to work in Australia are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
At least 10-12 years of experience in relevant roles performing mentioned responsibilities
Minimum 10 years of configuration & development experience with respect to implementation of Business Intelligence solutions (such as OBIEE, Warehousing, ODI etc.,)
Hands-on experience in OBIEE Technical areas and Data Integrator, Metadata Management, Data Modelling
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience working cloud based projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in software development life cycle
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
