The Opportunity:
Due to continuous growth and a strong strategic roadmap, we are currently seeking a Chief Client Officer to accelerate growth within our HIAIS business. The Chief Client Officer will play a lead role in our strategic initiatives in the Product/Cross-sell/Retention areas by developing and implementing improvements for both clients and colleagues in our servicing model for SME and Large clients and continually improving our teams’ risk and product capability and bringing the best of Aon to ensure we consistently provide full risk management support to our clients.
To be considered for this role you must have proven experience in a role similar in the insurance industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
Provide innovative and proactive approach to product offerings, coverage and delivery channels
Identifying N2E opportunities in the housing industry and create and execution of campaigns alongside Subject Matter Expert and Marketing
Review current process for retention, review, and benchmark against best practice in Aon
Ensure transition to online Renewals is seamless and contributes to improved retention rates
Identifying thought leadership opportunities and webinars on an industry wide basis and creation and execution of campaigns alongside Subject Matter Expert and Marketing
Strategic involvement in new business opportunities and placement of large, complex accounts and support to State Managers on placement with existing large clients if and when required.
Strengthening technical and sales capabilities across HIAIS to ensure the best advice and service is being delivered to clients
Assist in an Operations perspective to review the process of how we offer and cross sell products to ensure that appropriate products are being offered consistently to clients
About You:
We are looking for an enthusiastic & highly motivated person who is also be able to make sound business decisions, driven to achieve goals, have a strong client service focus, maintain a high level of attention to detail as well as possess strong communication skills.
Having experience in a strategic and commercial focused business, a proven track-record in managing, and growing, revenue through sales and service channels.
We are searching for someone who is a strategical thinker and has a real passion for growth and improving our client service and experience, has a strong technical understand of general insurance whilst having the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
