Supported by premium advertisers and in partnership with the major record labels, TREBEL enables listeners to choose from a library containing tens of millions of the best songs in the world for offline listening. For its brand advertisers, TREBEL provides industry-leading premium video advertising with estimated completion rates above 70% and ad visibility of 100%. The overall market opportunity for offline mobile music is estimated at 6.9 billion smartphone users worldwide by 2023, most of whom are resorting to free substitutes like unlicensed and user generated content sites, or not having their offline music needs served. Since launching the production version of the service at the end of 2018, the TREBEL app has been downloaded more than 10 million times and is adding hundreds of thousands of new users each month. The app is currently available in the United States, Mexico and 12 other Latin American countries, with plans to expand in Indonesia and across Latin America this year.What we’re looking forWe’re seeking a seasoned product leader to join our team as the Head of Product. In this role, you will work closely with our founder and CEO as well as with the engineering and business leadership to define our product vision and strategy for the next iteration of TREBEL for rollout worldwide. Specifically, you will lead the efforts to develop TREBEL for Brands, TREBEL for Artists, TREBEL for Partners, TREBEL at Work, and the next TREBEL for our growing base of music lovers worldwide.What you will doYou will be responsible for:Product: You will be responsible for the product vision and the execution of that vision. In the process, you will be responsible for advocating and aligning stakeholders to bring that vision to life. Your goals will include:Making TREBEL the preferred digital music app by users.Making TREBEL the solution for brands that delivers results around the music people are passionate about.Making TREBEL the platform artists passionately support and want to be on first.Making TREBEL the vehicle for our label partners to achieve next level growth targets and monetize new untapped markets.Making products to empower TREBEL employees to work together.People: You will be responsible for scaling the team of Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Researchers, and User Satisfaction Heroes, tripling its size in the next 12 – 18 months.Processes: You will be responsible for optimizing and scaling the ways our mutli-national team works together, and the ways we collaborate with our partners and value chain.Who you areYou have 8+ years of product management experienceYou have a track record of building exceptional mobile products that delight your users and produce clear business impact.You have demonstrated product vision and judgment.
