Job Description : This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
A strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
Demonstrated hands on experience creating compelling, engaging communications through a variety of mediums including but not limited to written/email, PowerPoint, intranet and videos – with adaptability to learn new tools.
Ability to analyze target audience and come up with creative, effective messaging and media to best reach them.
Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Experience working in a broad range of technology domains, preferably architecture domains such as data, functional, security, and/or infrastructure.
An eye for clean, natural and artful designs / presentations as well as experience developing enterprise training programs (video, written and in-person).
Experience organizing large events both in person, and virtual – from conception to logistical implementation.
Ability to partner with and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
