Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Content Offering Manager in Kyndryl, you will be responsible for the global content development of the Applications, Data & AI practice offerings.

Leveraging the Kyndryl Practice messaging you will lead building content from offering to building content that is easily consumable to enable effective communication and selling of the Kyndryl practice offerings. You will work with several cross functional teams including product/offering management, sales, business development to drive adoption of the practice offerings. The work is expected to grow beyond content development into other Go-To-Market functions with time.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and organized and works seamlessly to manage a shifting workload. Candidates should excel at working in a fast-paced work environment with products going through rapid/continual changes. Attention to detail and the ability to grasp and translate offering capabilities into tangible benefits and value propositions are crucial to the position. Design, create, revise and structure content, activities, and materials for an online and blended format with a focus on the seller’s experience.
Job Responsibilities
Work with Subject Matter experts to ensure the accuracy of the content developed prior to being delivered
Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify learning needs
Design, create, revise and structure content, activities, and materials for an online and blended format with a focus on the seller’s experience.
Design, develop content that is easy to use, easy to understand and specific to each persona
Simplify offering complex concepts and details from multiple sources into consumable content that educates and enables actions.
Provide support in the offering communication channels to internal and external consumers.
Update offering collateral on different media platforms (social media, collaboration platforms and multimedia creation)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of effective relationship management. Apply effective and timely project management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects.
Execute project requirements working under tight deadlines. Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with employees and vendors.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement and content creation
At least 5 years of experience in technical writing
Advanced English writing and communication skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Leadership and Project Management Experience
Familiarity or experience with Enterprise Applications (e.g SAP, Oracle)
Familiarity or experience with Cloud hyperscalers (e.g Azure, AWS, Google)
Familiarity or experience with Data & AI
Familiar with media and content publishing tools
Experience filming and editing videos is preferred.
Create infographics and other visual resources to assist in learning
Good eye for detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
