solution, greytHR.
About the role
As part of greytHR’s Sales Team, you will develop content that drives pipeline generation, moves
customers along their buyer’s journey, and supports sales enablement. You’ll be responsible for writing
and editing copy for blog posts, email, white papers, sales collateral, training materials, guides, and
various content needs. This role will take charge day-to-day on applying and maintaining the greytHR
voice across all revenue content, and work in close collaboration with Sales Enablement Manager and
internal subject matter experts in Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to create
high-quality content that’s human, and relatable.
You need to have a deep understanding and first-hand experience with writing for SaaS companies, and
for technical audiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, editing skills, and the ability to
create and curate the right content for the right audience are an absolute must-have.
What you’ll do:
Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. e-Brochures, Product Flyers, Sales &
Marketing Presentations, Sales collateral, Infographics, Case Studies, Guides, promotional
posters, White papers, email sales copies, explainer videos, search ads, blog posts, newsletters,
landing pages, brochures)
Write scripts based on the brief given by the clients/sales managers/ Account Managers. This
involves developing content that should be in sync with the brand proposition.
Understanding products and features. Understanding target audience needs, desires, and
problems and creating Sales Collateral and marketing materials.
Explain technical, complex concepts and features succinctly and in a way that resonates with the
audience
Become well-versed in greytHR’s messaging and positioning, and apply our voice and tone in
content
Work with stakeholders to adapt and repurpose content to fully maximize the potential of each
effort
Work with marketing managers to create briefs and meet deadlinesApply data-driven learnings to iterate and improveManage multiple projects simultaneouslyPartner with subject matter experts to create compelling narratives
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or a related field preferredAt least 2-3+ years of work experience in a similar role (content creation and content planning).Experience in B2B sales and/or writing for complex topics and technical audiencesExcellent grasp of English languageExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skillsGood interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of managementAble to align multiple brand strategies and ideasProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and
Excel) and Google Docs
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics is an
advantage
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentProven track record of your writing’s impact and contributions towards marketing and sales goals
