Job Description : This role is eligible for our five day flex office work model.

Reporting directly to the VP Legal, Head of Commercial, Strategic & Corporate Affairs, Priceline is looking for a smart, engaging, and experienced contracts manager to work in the contracts and commercial vertical within the Priceline Legal Department.
In this role you will get to:
Support the VP Legal and Head of Commercial, Strategic & Corporate Affairs on managing contracts and commercial paper for all products and third party services.
Serve as primary point of contact for day to day management of contract management system and related needs
Ensure that the contract management system is current and that all matters are progressing from contract creation to execution.
Build and refine contract management system offering to meet dynamic contracting needs across the company, including, but not limited to, ensuring completeness of vendor/ project files, execution of agreements, and uploading executed documents and relevant files
Buildout and draft contract template database to drive contracting efficiencies across all business units, including, but not limited to, assisting with drafting deal summary sheets and ensuring that Statements of Work are appropriately tied to underlying agreements
Support commercial legal work on strategic partnerships, new business initiatives, sales, inventory and content supply agreements, and general corporate matters.
Apply your intellectual curiosity and assertive self-starter approach, who enjoys negotiating with counterparties and engaging with the business to solve complex business and legal issues.
Build partnerships with colleagues around the world.
Who you are:
At least 5-7 years of experience drafting contracts and managing contract lifecycle in a law firm and/or in-house. This experience is required.
JD is strongly preferred but not required.
MBA / LLB is preferred.
Exceptional education and credentials.
Prior experience working with, and ideally managing, a contracts management system; Conga and Jira experience strongly preferred but not required.
Commercial and contract drafting experience is required, including on privacy (preferred, but not required)
Exceptional organizational and process skills; Strong writing and editing skills
