Roles and Responsibilities
Key Role/ Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Identify and map customer engagement journey by liaisoning with cross functional teams
Introduce touchpoints for providing service experience to Customers.
Conceptualize and implement communication strategies and campaigns.
Communication
Drive employee awareness for key service initiatives and NPS.
Review customer communication across all operations processes to ensure consistency of messaging and one voice of Pine Labs.
Work with marketing team to ensure all communication is in sync with brand messaging and guidelines.
Drive vernacular communication across all touch points.
Design Automation Journey
Design of communication campaigns & customer engagement journey.
Work with Tech Team for Implementation.
