Core ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of the value proposition and the brand promise within LEGO owned branded channelsMap and analyse all the interactions between TLG and the user, all the physical, digital and human touchpointsProvide central orchestration for cross-functional journeys (multi touchpoint experience)Support business design activities such as workshops, stakeholder interviews, business intelligence gathering, creative brainstorms, visioning, and critical metric developmentBuild a network of colleagues and regularly share progress and insights, learning from each otherReview and analyse available insights and data to define and deliver differentiating and market leading experience

As a Customer experience Sr. manager, your role at Digital Consumer Engagement team will help to build direct and lasting relationships with kids and adult LEGO fans. You will work with the broad team of functional experts such as designers and engineers, products leads, ecommerce specialists, customer service, marketing and content. You will plan and implement variety of projects that will help us build user centric journeys across multiple touchpoints of the LEGO brand ecosystem.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with a collaborative working style and strong communication skills, who enjoys fast phased environment and can think creatively.
