We’re searching for a top-notch Customer Success Associate. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of skilled Customer Success Managers, while assisting in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. You’ll help our team of Customer Success Managers manage a portfolio of customers and help them make the most of the Snappy platform.

You will:

Help the team maintain all client account details and information accurately
Gain a deep understanding of the customers’ business and Snappy gifting needs
Work collaboratively on a team of CSMs managing the relationships with our customers
Contribute to a positive team environment
Partner with internal teams to maintain and grow customer investment across Snappy platform
Contribute to a team culture of skill development
Learn how to build and maintain authentic relationships with customers
Assist with operational responsibilities such as handling orders and creating demos
Execute gifting programs for our clients, often with a quick timeline
Look to optimize and enhance existing processes within our company, as well as for our clients

You have:

1+ years of experience delivering client-focused solutions for customer needs
Experience as a Junior Customer Success Manager, Customer Support, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
