Job Description : Job SummaryInteracting with online customers via online chat, email, voice calls and instant messengers.Managing & handling seller accounts in various third party marketplaces.Developing the product catalogue using MS Excel as per the specifications provided.Understanding and assisting customers with curated list of products and recommendations.Analyzing customer requirements and collaborating with design and production team.Tracking of customer enquiries and sales.Creating product descriptions and titles.Managing image database of designs for easy access and sharing with customers.Being 24*7 available for any customer queries.Proactive tracking of order statuses and continuous communication with customers.Coordinating special delivery requests or emergency situations with our delivery partners.Collecting customer feedbacks.Create tickets and document customer queries.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsGraduation (All Streams)High EQ & IQProblem Solving SkillsCommunication & Persuasion SkillsGood with TechJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)
