With the industry shifting more into the areas of the Internet of Things, Content Delivery, 5G network, Cloud Computing, and more, the importance of Data Center has become more prevalent today.As such we are in search of a Account Managerto manage customer relationships, implementing account management strategy to create a network dense ecosystem and carrier neutral data center that offers high network transmission speed to our customers.Job DescriptionsWe are looking for someone with a Data Center background with sales experience. The Account Manager is responsible for handling various key accounts and sharing a wide range of product knowledge with the customer to ensure their requirements were met.Accountable for meeting sales targets set business units and providing timely reports on achievements (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually)Plan and implement network account management strategy, with contingency plans to identify, prioritize and meet the needs of targeted network service providers’ project requirements.Develop plans on how to maintain strong customer relationships, with an end-in-mind to establish long-term business relationships.Understand customer’s needs, business trends, organization structure, and strategy to provide utmost consultation advice, guidance, and suggestionsUp-to-date with network market trends and awareness of competitionAble to strategize and provide network commercial and technical feedback to customersUpdate and maintain the database with sales data, pipeline, and administrative marketing detailsWork closely with Network Service Providers to provide optimal solutions for customersJob QualificationsMin. 2 years experience in Sales, preferably in data center & network infrastructure industry.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Network, Business or any relevant fieldHave vast experience working with data center clients, with knowledge on Network infrastructure and Data Center providersExperience in engaging and presenting to C-level customersWORKING CONDITIONS: Office/ Outside EnvironmentPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting, Standing, Computer WorkLANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: English & Indonesia (Fluent)LOCATION: Jakarta BaratJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: Rp8,000,000 – Rp15,000,000 per month
