The Role:
The Build Project Leader is responsible for the project management of our internal and outsourced menu build team. Our menu build team is accountable for setting up the menus for venues in our application. This includes importing menu items, categorising menu items, adding images to menu items and running quality assurance over menus. The Project Leader will work closely with their team to ensure customer requirements are met and efficiencies are maintained and improved on.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Project management of the internal and outsourced Build team both locally and overseas
End to End management and ownership of all Build team projects as required
Planning of resources for all build related projects
Carry out identify, investigate, and analyse business processes, procedures and work practices along with Build team
Team management with a key focus on accountability and productivity
Managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects within a specified timeframe
Work collaboratively across teams – including development team, Sales team, Project team, Implement team and Marketing team
Delegate and create training where necessary
Implement and Track team KPI’s for team and project as required
About You:
Project management experience
Experience working with remote teams
Agility and adaptability – This is a busy & high-paced team within the company
Ability to motivate and engage employees at all levels
Ability to identify and analyse and improve problems in the working process
Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
Fast learning with a passion for development of themselves and others
Intermediate IT knowledge or experience (Highly Desirable)
The ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced team environment
The ability to work in teamwork and effectively manage and prioritise work
The ability to present topics and issues clearly and confidently
Maturity and confidence
A flexible, “can do” attitude to work
Attention to detail
Honesty and integrity
