Investment Management – Data Analytics team work on data integration between various IM products and external data vendors to create data warehouse for application/customer data visualization and reporting needs.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:

RealPage is looking for a Sr BI Developer for our Data Analytics Team. The BI & Integration Services team supports a software platform that includes Asset & Investment tracking.
The Sr BI Developer has an overall responsibility in architecture elements and designing, executing and testing product functionality on Data Management Applications. Additionally, this position acts as Technical Leader and liaison to project management for integrated solutions within the project team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Code and applies best practice SQL scripting, SSIS Integration, SSAS Tabular Cubes and Visual Studio
Conducts training programs for other team members
Implement planning and development methodologies with a focus on productivity and is results-oriented.
Monitors data projects in accordance with the development life cycle; assures compliance with quality standards
Assists the project manager to establish a clear vision and strategy
Works closely with the project manager for resource allocation with internal teams.
Promote teamwork and empower employees.
Develop to work with effective communication
Propose and implement SLAs
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Bachelors or master’s degree related to computer science, software development, Information Technology or related field
6+ years’ experience in designing, developing ETL Programs, SSAS Cube, and creating technical design documentation for ETL Programs.
Experience as technical leader in the application of industry-accepted Software Development Life Cycle (i.e., Agile and iterative processes).
The capability to understand high level architectural concepts and create product technology roadmaps.
Advanced Experience working with Microsoft related Business Intelligence tools, specifically SSIS
Strong SQL skills
Experience solutioning and development of ETL’s, OLAP Cube and working w/ API’s
Knowledge about SQL Query, T-SQL and SSIS Package Optimization.
Knowledge of C#/VB.NET, DAX, and Power Shell scripting is a plus
Flexible during times of change with the ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Strong analysis skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Proficient English is preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and guide others. Work well in a dynamic team environment.
