Job Description : Key Responsibilities:
Gather analyze requirements, get clarifications for the requirements
Estimation for the deliverable
Design, build and test the deliverable
Daily Status updates to client and stack holders
Help all teams involved in on MES skills/knowledge
Must show deep MES technical expertise during all the delivery phases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ready to travel.
Technical Experience:
Must have 5-6 Plus years of experience
Must have over 2 years as go to MES technical expert for MES/MOM for implementation in discrete/process manufacturing industries
Must know floor systems/solution L0-L2 and have done MES/MOM integrations and handling shop floor data, historian, and L4/L5 ERP, PLM/ALM
Must know Dot Net /C and any other programming languages and used for MES/MOM customization
Any one Cloud Azure/AWS/GCP, Digital Twins/Transformation 7 Java, Python
Well versed with deployment and release management processes.
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree Bachelors or Masters
