Better starts and ends with the customer
We will look for you to, Design highly available (HA) and scalable database solutions and advocating best practices across on-prem and AWS Cloud, you will design and execute large scale database patching & upgrades. You will use your rich experience to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment independently and you have strong understanding of serverless computing. You will define and manage best practices around database security and help to ensure security and compliance across all database systems and will help with continues improvement and automating as much as possible.
To excel in this role, you should be an handson expert with following skillsets
B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA or equivalent degree along with with Certifications such as Solution Architect and/or Database specialty/or Developer Certification on AWS or Oracle/PostgreSQL/Cassandra Databases.
6 – 8 years of experience working in Fintech, Ecommerce, IT or consulting organization
2-4years of experience designing and implementing cloud projects.
Handson experience in working on relational and non relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server/DB2/PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redis/Cassandra /Couchbase) on AWS and/or on-prem infrastructure.
Experience with large scale database migrations to AWS Cloud
DevOps exposure and knowledge of one or more tools such as Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, Ansible, Python Experience in database migrations from on-prem to AWS Cloud, replication technologies Oracle Golden Gate/HVR
