SUMMARY
Intelligent Enterprise Solutions – Tools India is part of the Innovation, Technology and Architecture organization within Intelligent Enterprise Solutions. We are responsible for defining, designing & developing applications that support the product development organization at SAP.
We are the team behind several innovative applications:
SAP Transformation Navigator (provides guidance to customers on charting their path to an intelligent enterprise. Winner of the 2017 Hasso Plattner Award)
Innovation Discovery (helps SAP customers in finding innovations & features that they can turn into tangible value for their business)
Product and Production Management System (central repository for technical information on SAP’s software products and their components)
Lucid Capacity (simplified capacity management for managers)
Hyperspace (SAP’s official shared service for Continuous Integration & Delivery)
Mailwave (analytics tool for email campaigns)
SAPedia (SAP’s official internal encyclopedia with over 10 million views)
SAP Jira (SAP’s official backlog management tool with over 30,000 end-users)
Tobi (our friendly & fun chatbot in the persona of a hard-working squirrel)

THE ROLE
The DevOps Engineer role involves
Setup, automate & maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Develop new features in our CI/CD process framework.
Gain hands-on experience with new build technologies.
Develop monitoring dashboards for CI/CD services.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Equivalent Degree
Overall, 4 – 6 years of experience in DevOps (e.g. setting up of CI/CD pipelines & automation).
Must have:
Golang
Scripting languages (Python or Shell)
CI/CD Tools (Jenkins or Azure Pipelines)
Nice to have:
Monitoring & Logging tools (Splunk, Prometheus or Grafana)
Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform)
Build tools (Fastlane, Xcode, Maven, Ant, Gradle or npm)
