The Digital Growth Marketing Lead will drive qualified lead generation through the effective use of various digital marketing channels, analyse performance and lead a team.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end marketing strategy from structuring marketing metrics, campaign, user acquisition, marketing funnel, go-to market execution
Collect, monitor and store data on market research, digital trends, or target market behaviours to a monthly report and present it in ways to help clients make better decisions
Provide direction and supervise for the overall visual aspects of an advertising or media campaign and coordinate the work with creative lead and art directors on digital ads and pitching of ideas
Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team (with product, IT, learning) to ensure integrated and consistent marketing campaigns, delivered on-time and in-full
To succeed in this Digital Growth Marketing Lead role, you must be comfortable with targets that include lead generation, lead a team, and have experience in core digital channels
Key Requirements:
Minimum of five years’ experience in startup or digital agency/e-commerce within marketing
Ability to craft digital marketing strategies and campaigns from scratch
Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English skills, both verbal and written
Ability to lead a team
