ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for overseeing the management, content planning, scheduling and creation of content for Elders’ Branch Network and Elders’ associated brands Social Media channels, this is an exciting role with significant growth opportunities. Work alongside the Brand Marketing Manager, other Digital Marketing Specialist, State Marketing Business Partners and Graphic Designers to ideate and deliver best in class social content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You will be responsible for managing the organic growth of Elders’ Branch social platforms and collaborating with the broader team on the development and delivery of campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the Elders Weather Product and working closely with external agencies to ensure product optimization and monetization.
Within your remit, you will manage a broad portfolio of channels and brands including, Elders Branch Network, Elders Weather, Thomas Elder Consulting, EPG Seeds and also support acquisitions on an ad-hoc basis. You will work closely with our State Marketing Business Partners to support the best practice management of 200+ Branch Facebook Pages via our relationship with Hootsuite.

WHAT WILL I DO?
Responsible for the development, monitoring, management, & implementation of strategic digital, email, social media & content marketing plans.
You will:
Oversee, manage and create content/write copy for Elders Branch Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts for both digital campaigns and organic content
Collaborate with our associated brands and manage their social calendars
Manage and moderate our social media pages using Hootsuite
Feed into digital channels content calendar in collaboration with broader Marketing and Communications team
Utilise digital, social media and content marketing analytics to feed into reports to measure and drive results and report back to the business on the success of digital marketing initiatives
Coordinate paid digital campaigns with our Agency
Write engaging copy for social channels to engage our community online
Bring fresh new ideas on best practice and fit for purpose social content
Manage the Elders weather product (App and Website) and drive monetization
WHO AM I?
To succeed in this role, you:
Have 3-5 years demonstrated experience in similar digital marketing role
Experience with online communities, community management and community engagement
You can write engaging social copy in 280 characters!
Experience working alongside designers to brief in engaging social content/creative
Experience with Campaign Monitor, SendGrid, Hootsuite, Meltwater or similar
Experience with paid social and managing agencies
Are an analytical thinker with experience using various analytics platforms
Are tertiary qualifications in marketing, commerce or other relevant digital marketing fields
Have experience in eDM development and execution
Demonstrated practical application of using digital and social channels to achieve marketing objectives and drive revenue growth
Experience in growing and managing website/app monetization
Experience managing and executing complex content calendars
Are a quick learner
