Job Description : BLACKROC is proud to be partnered with a listed retail organisation, famous for high staff retention. They are in the market looking for a Digital Project Manager with an IT Systems implementation background, this role is due to growth and promotion. This team is a leader in the Australian ecommerce sector experiencing significant growth.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of digital projects, software, app and website development as well as infrastructure. This is a fast-paced role requiring someone to make decisions quickly yet accurately, and you will have the support to do so – probably what makes this a great PM role.

The Role:
End to End role including RFP processes, building budgets and timeframes for review
Once established, ensure the appropriate resources are in place and timeframes and budgets are within agreed scope
Ensure decisions are made quickly yet accurately – this is a fast-paced environment and will suit someone who can think strategically on the fly
Guide teams and third parties/vendors for seamless execution of projects aligned to the client’s expectations
Support data migration (data cleansing, mapping, conversion)
Support teams through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases
Ensure precise handovers are given to ensure BAU teams are set to succeed
Key Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business and people needs and establish relevant technical requirements along with excellent communication (written and verbal)
Project Management experience or a strong understanding with exposure to project work (previous/current Business Analyst)
Extensive experience in end-to-end delivery of digital projects (software, app, website development and infrastructure)
Delivered previous successful projects using SAFe, Agile or Prince2 Project Management
Experience collaborating with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects
Ability to work effectively with Business and IT stakeholders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
A positive approach and the ability to influence others to embrace the same.
