Experienced in Automation Anywhere development

Good Programming, Problem solving skills

Experience in handling RPA support covering shifts, managing SLA compliance and production deployments

Good in communication, presentation skills and should be good in co-coordinating with multiple teams

Experience in Installation, configuration, upgrade and administration will be an added advantage

Key Skills – Automation Anywhere, Excel Macro’s, MS-SQL,Oracle Database, performance fine tuning

Ensure execution of tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures Ensure effective and timely communication with internal customers and other stakeholders Ensure that the requirements are gathered and understood effectively and all the required inputs, access to all necessary databases/tools are in place on time Interact with customers on regular basis, obtain feedback and implement actions to improve and sustain good customer relations

Experience/Skills Required: 3+ years of experience in RPA – Automation Anywhere Development and Support Masters or Bachelors in software development/IT/computer science from a reputed institute Excellent knowledge and hands on experience on Automation Anywhere Knowledge of RPA process knowledge on various business processes and ability identify potential application areas of RPA Good knowledge and hand on experience of agile development Knowledge of IT infrastructure and license management for RPA Strong willingness to grow in leadership roles Enthusiastic and able to work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and organization skills. Self-starter and goal oriented Attention to details and strong sense of commitment Process driven and willing to work on continuous improvement of the processes
