We take great pride in our person-centred approach to all our clients.We are now recruiting for an experienced disability support worker who can assist our client (Female) in Cranbourne area with Mental health issues (Client has no behaviours of concerns)Your Duties may Include (but not limited to) * Assisting the client one on one in-home*Mentoring* Capacity building – Independent skill building – therapy assistance* Assisting the client to achieve NDIS goals* Assisting client with domestic duties when required* Assisting client with community access* Assistance With Travel/Transport Arrangements.Flexible shift time but during weekday and consistent 4 – 6 hours available per week.
