Salary: £35,000 (Pro rata)
Overview:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a temporary Email Marketing Manager to work within the digital marketing team. Building a centre of digital media excellence, this role will support the definition, implementation, and optimisation of our email marketing function, driving awareness, traffic, and ultimately sales to company website.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Email Marketing Manager:
Managing the day-to-day campaign communications planning process, across Email, App Push and SMS.
Briefing and co-ordinating creative and internal teams to deliver highly engaging direct comms, across email, App and SMS.
Responsible for reporting on channel performance and analysing key KPIs.
Driving a culture of test and learn, to continually optimise channels.
Using data to understand customer segments and lifecycles to design and optimise triggered customer journeys.
Sharing best practice and knowledge across internal teams to ensure the email performance is continually optimised.
Working with our data and technology partners, ensuring the technology is being used to its full potential
Keeping up to date with wider digital media trends and developments, bringing fresh ideas to the business
Line management of x2 creatives.
Requirements of the:
Commercially and customer focused to ensure that business KPIs are delivered whilst driving customer engagement.
Creative eye for detail
Experienced in email campaign planning and execution, ideally in retail
Agile to respond to business needs and change
Ability to lead and persuade
Good judgement and confident decision maker
Strong communicator; selling an idea, internally and externally
Resilient and organised
