Until now.

Leading automotive industry suppliers Autofutura and GForces have recently merged to create an ambitious new group. Together they provide the innovative tools, solutions and services to connect car manufacturer, finance provider, dealer and consumer to streamline the entire customer journey and ultimately sell more cars, improve customer retention and create substantial efficiencies for their customers. In short, the new entity is the interface between its customers and car buyers, enabling scalable online transactions across multiple territories and markets, in one of the most exciting and fast-changing industries in the world.
The Role

Reporting directly to the CIO the responsibility of the Enterprise Solutions Director is to support integration between ATG and the client base, with specific focus on the global OEM and Enterprise clients to assist them in their business challenges and strategies.
Key element is to focus on seamless engagement with the Chief Product Officer Spine & the Chief Revenue Officer Spine. This collaboration is to enhance the delivery and continued evolution and operational enhancements of the delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for defining and delivering ATG solutions in to OEM and Enterprise accounts
Capable of acting as an advisor/consultant in software delivery
Defining and productising the Services and Solutions proposed and delivered to OEMs
A dotted line into the Product Management function to manage the roadmap of OEM solutions and services
Working closely with the sales team to shape product offering, services, programmes and sales roadmaps
Responsible for the technical analysis and improvement of all products and services in OEM accounts
Responsible for responding to RFP’s and RFI’s

Technical Competencies:

Significant exposure to digital projects and programmes
Online retailing experience
Knowledge of Automotive
Experienced Project & Programme Manager

Programme Management
Planning:

Ability to prepare detailed work breakdown structure for projects
Ensures team buy-in to project approach, plan and estimates through proactive involvement in planning process
Ability to assign and level resources appropriately at project level

Financials & KPI’s:

Identifies scope changes and handles appropriately
Ability to accurately identify activities and external dependencies
Define & monitoring of relevant KPIs and ROI measures to achieve the objectives set

Leadership:

Exhibits clarity and transparency in decision making
Builds respect of all internal teams and client personnel
Sets and manages expectations for delivery
Ability to maintain morale with collaborating teams
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization & Customers

Demonstrates understanding of phases required for creative, user centered design and technology led projects
Has the ability to be able to design and implement working delivery frameworks in a case by case
Solution Design
Business Analysis:

Ability to understand and capture customers problems and translate them into a solution
Capacity to document and clearly define Specifications for Clients & Teams
Skills to be able to create user stories that can be used with the team

User Experience:

Ability to be able to research and understand the User needs for a solution
The ability to be able to translate the research into actionable strategy
The skills to be able to create user experience journey maps and customer touchpoint maps
The ability to be able to design Hi & Lo fidelity wireframes of solutions encapsulating the needs of the customer
As required create interactive prototypes to be able to showcase solutions

Strategy:

Provide insight and best practice to customers and OEM’s
Support the CPO with User Strategy and technology support for new products and trends
Continually assess the technological landscape to guide customers in technological advances
Stay up to date with competitors and conduct 360 competitor analysis

Innovation Consulting

Service Design:

Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates ATG and its features across primary market segments
Deliver operating plans and growth achievements across platform innovations
Support OEM & Customers in offline operational process design and implementation
Represent the OEM & Customer in all internal product discussions – representing the holistic requirements

Innovation Consulting:

Assists the customer in coordinating business strategic goals
Assists the customers internal teams in understating the business challenges and solutions
Assist in the capture of business objectives and create business case pertaining to solutions
Be Subject Matter Expert on all Digital aspects pertaining to ATG platforms and external Web, Mobile and App solutions – enabling
Capable of delivering powerful and persuasive presentations about product roadmaps and solutions to range of levels
Advise on the best-in-class solutions and innovations what

RFI & RFP Delivery:

Support teams in responding to RFI’s & RFP’s to support the growth of the business
Support in developing SOW’s, and costings of solutions in collaboration with CRO spine & associated teams
Be supportive in business presentations able to relate a solution and approach that meets the customers’ needs
Manage and prioritize the RFI & RFP process
