Job Description : Contract duration: Around 20 months
Job responsibilities:
(a) Manage and ensure the successful implementation of ICT projects.
(b) Coordinate, liaise with the contractors, users, other Project/Technical Managers, different authorities and stakeholders for the design, development, integration, testing, deployment and training of the systems.
(c) Assist users in preparing the Specific Operational Requirements (SOR), budget paper and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
(d) Manage stakeholders to ensure that the project is implemented according to scope, budget and schedule.
(e) Conduct market research, and proposed appropriate technical solutions for the project that he is assigned to.
(f) Prepare project plan, tender specifications and evaluation report where necessary.
(g) Manage the overall ICT work and schedule.
(h) Conduct risk analysis and risk management.
(i) Manage and track software development on assigned modules.
(j) Prepare and conduct various acceptance, security and performance test.
(k) Prepare, review and implement maintenance processes.
(l) Manage systems’ asset, asset capitalization and inventory tracking.
(m) Any other project tasks.
Requirements:
(a) Singaporeans only
(b) Strong oral and written communications skills.
(c) Able to be on standby 24 x 7 and support operations after office hours, on weekends and Public Holidays.
(d) Proficient in English.
(e) Pro-active, dedicated, committed and responsible self-starter.
(f) Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Information Technology (IT) or equivalent.
(g) At least 3 years working experience in project management of IT systems especially in service-oriented application.
(h) Domain knowledge of web technologies, Cloud and familiar with web application development language.
(i) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
(j) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
(k) Team player, with initiative and ability to perform under pressure.
(l) Strong consulting and collaboration skills.
(m) CITPM, PMP, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred.
The additional skill set required for Project Manager is:
(a) Experience of some or several content management and portals or mobile solution such as SharePoint, WebSphere, Site Core, Adobe, HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design and mobile app prototyping.
(b) Experience in User Experience Design and customer journey implementation for digital services
(c) Experience in agile project implementation
(d) Good knowledge in interface design not limiting to API, Web service, MQ and SFTP data exchange
(e) Experience in implementing digital services in CLOUD hosting such as docket, container and have knowledge in SaaS, PaaS and cloud services.
(f) Knowledge of Virtual Assistance, Web analytic and crowd sourcing social media technology.
