What will you do?
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and energetic Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. We are seeking someone who is passionate about exceptional service delivery and is committed to delighting others, not just satisfying!
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the CEO-Australia’s diary with conflicting appointments
Organising and arranging travel requests
Writing emails, letters and internal correspondence, so excellent written communication is key
Preparing agendas, organising meetings and completing meeting minutes
Producing reports and presentations
Organising and coordinating events, including webinars
Managing the Assistant Office Manager
Positively contributing to the fantastic workplace culture
