Client is a a home grown venture capital fund that invests in early stage consumer products and services companies.
Job Description
Administrative:
Manage calendars and complex scheduling for the MD
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner and be prompt at responding to urgent requests
Prepare and submit monthly reimbursements for the respective calendars
Manage travel arrangements: Flight/Hotel/Ground transportation/Visa
Uphold strict level of confidentiality
Take active part in addressing catering needs during company events or guest visits
Help in organizing office offsites, along with the entire Admin team
Manage inward and outward material and courier
The Successful Applicant
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Pleasant personality with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as in a team
Superior organizational and time management skills
Proficient in handling Zoom/MS Team (all virtual meeting platforms), in workplace
Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
