Job Description : b DescriptionJob Title Senior Executive – Interior Design (Project)Job Holder Vacancy Reports to – Sr. Manager – ProjectDate February 2022Interior Designer will be part of a collaborative team of Project, Architects and Design Assistants. The successful candidate will provide design team leadership in all project phases from initial development to completion and assist in the design and documentation of interior spaces.Responsibilities & Duties Work with interior Design Team to develop design solution Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development. Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion. Conduct on – site Measurement, observation and provide recommendations to help streamline new or on-going design projects. Preparing detail design docket for New Restaurant (Electrical / sprinkler / smoke detector / HVAC / elevations/ 3 D Minimum 3 Views / flooring / SLD / RCL / etc) Prepare and present presentation to the Management. Check and select Furniture, materials, décor and finishes while keeping within budget. Support the implementation of automated invoice and employee expense processing Co-ordinate & take approvals with Malls and Land Lords Preparing CAPEX, BOQ, Equipment List Co-ordinate with other departments regarding new project Co-ordinate with ContractorQualification and Skills: -Required and preferred skills for this position, This may include education, previous job experience, certifications and technical skills. Minimum 5 years’ interior Design experience Bachelor’s Degree in interior Design, Architecture Demonstrated understanding of basics principals of space planning Able to Develop and present design concepts Auto CAD proficiency requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹32,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Interior Designers: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Interior design: 3 years (Preferred)
