Job Description : Experience : 8-12 YearsContract 2 Hire or permanent if stretchedREADY TO WORK IN NORTH AMERICA TIMEZONEContinues Monitoring strategy,continues monitoring strategy leveraging CI/CD pipelineproduction ready monitoring and observation, release engineering, monitoring, self-healing, incident management, and problem management and will collaborate with other to design, build, and continuously improve systems that meet service-level objectives (SLOs).performance engineering standards, frameworks, best practices, and tools Agile/Sprint methodologyImplement Application Performance Monitoring (AppDynamics or Dynatrace)performance NFE (Npadon Functional EngineeringPerformance Architect and work with Product Solution and Infrastructure ArchitectsExpert knowledge in all aspects to Performance Engineering including SDLC & Architecture, Performance validation ( profiling, tuning, workload simulation, benchmarking & testing), Capacity Planning, Application Performance Monitoring and problem detection and resolution.Non-functional requirements(NFRs)Understanding of financial software / financial practices a plusWeb Technologies, JavaScript, HTML5, Node.js and XML, Open APIs and Micro servicesLinux/Unix and Microsoft OS experience.Database technologies (relational and No SQL databases)Source Control (GIT), issue tracking (JIRA) and scheduling (Jenkins) systemsContainer orchestration (Docker or Kubernetes)Expertise with Linux/Solaris OS experience.Expertise with NoSQL database technologies.Extensive hands-on development experience in a performance engineering role, preferably with Cloud/SOA based enterprise solutionsExperiences with Agile development methodologiesExperience with the Docker deployment in Azure or Amazon Cloud.Experience with infrastructure performance monitoring tools like Microsoft OMS or similarExperience:· 12 years of progressive technical experience in software development, design, architecture roles· 8+ years of dedicated experience in Performance Engineering/Testing discipline· Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in performance architecture, design and engineering (not just performance testing)· Minimum 5+ years of experience in establishing performance engineering standards, frameworks, best practices, and tools aligned with SDLC phases ( Must have at least one full cycle performance engineering strategy/CoE implementation experience)· 5+ years of experience in analyzing software applications to characterize customer usage patterns, scenarios, simulation and profiling· 3+ years of experience in Docker test, Re-usable chart, helm test adoption· 3+ years of experience in postman, BDD, and dockerized performance testing· 5+ years of experience with load testing tools (StormRunner, Load Runner, Performance Center, Gatling, Jmeter, Ready API or equivalent)· 5+ years of experience with application and system profiling tools (DTrace, AQtime, JProfiler or equivalent)· Strong Experience with at least one APM tool / solution (Grafana, AppDynamics, Microsoft Azure Monitor, AppInsight, OMS or equivalent) implementation· Experience in Automated Performance and Resilience Testing in CICD pipeline· Experience in Grafana, Elastic automated performance test visualization and monitoring· Experience with Web Technologies, JavaScript, HTML5, Node.js and XML, Open APIs and Micro services· Linux/Unix and Microsoft OS experience.· Database technologies (relational and No SQL databases)· Source Control (GIT), issue tracking (JIRA) and scheduling (Jenkins) systems· Container orchestration (Docker or Kubernetes)· Micro Services and SOA architectures is required.· Working in Agile/SCRUM organization on financial software projects is a huge plus· Expertise with Linux/Solaris OS experience.· Expertise with NoSQL database technologies.· Extensive hands-on development experience in a performance engineering role, preferably with Cloud/SOA based enterprise solutions· Experiences with Agile development methodologies· Experience with a variety of relevant technologies, including IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, .Net, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Java, C#, XML, REST, SQL/NoSQL, etc.· Experience with the Docker deployment in Azure or Amazon Cloud.· Experience with infrastructure performance monitoring tools like Microsoft OMS or similarExperience in performance engineering for Mobile, SAAS and Cloud solutions is a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹1,500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
