To develop, enhance and support Repo Market Data, Trade Execution, Trade Capture and other Front Office applications.

What will you be doing?
Take ownership of the deliverables of each iteration, ensuring the scope of the project/deliverables is well understood.
Effectively visualize and design complex systems; good command over the relevant design patterns and concepts covering failover and resiliency.
Development and support of trade capture platform for Repo Trading Platform
Perform code reviews to ensure implemented functionality matches expectations and is in line with coding standards defined globally.
Co-ordination with the QA team and the larger IT group in delivery of implemented features to production.
Interaction with front office users and operations for requirements/support.
Assistance in the investigation and troubleshooting of production issues. Play an active role in mentoring/coaching/training and development of team members.
Improve processes and software in a continuous feedback cycle.

What we’re looking for:
Must have strong skills in Object Oriented Analysis and Design Concepts, Java, Relational Databases
Must Have Tech skills: Core Java, Spring, Angular(or any other Java Script based language), Unix, Solace, Database
Additional Preferred Exposure : Python, AWS, Kafka
Significant experience developing high-performance software. Ability to coordinate activities of less experienced or less knowledgeable team members.
Ability to understand & implement high-level technical design of design components. Analytical ability including root cause identification and pro-active design improvement
Support production deployments on need basis

Skills that will help you in the role:
Skill in Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery and System integration.
Additional Preferred Exposure: AWS understanding on (EC2, ELB, S3 etc.,)
Good to have knowledge on Angulat HTML5
Nice to Have: Experience in Python, Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana
Background in financial markets
