More about your role

We are looking for a career focused individual who is looking for a role in finance to support our Service Charge Analysts and wider Affordable Housing Accountants. You will learn about the day to day running of finance within a busy department. Duties will include data entry, processing consolidated bills accurately and efficiently ensuring all amounts reconcile to the balance sheets, you will also complete monthly accruals within set deadlines giving the most accurate reflection of costs incurred

More about you

To be considered for this role you need to be numerate and with good analytical skills. Ideally you will already have experience working in an office environment, working alongside and supporting a large team. You will also need the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels (including managers and senior managers). You will also need to be IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel.

This role is agile/home based, as you will collaborate with the finance team in Preston our preference is for someone based in or near this region.
