What you’re responsible for

Preparing and maintain Monthly, quarterly & annual reporting for UK and Irish accounts
Liaising with local accountants to ensure local compliance
Balance sheet reconciliation
Preparations of VAT returns
Review/prepare payment runs
Strengthening internal controls and governance
Preparing variance/ Trend Analysis
Preparing reconciliations of internal accounts
Month end review and corrections
Reconciliation of intercompany balances
Regional tax compliance
Preparation/ review of country cash flow
Any other reasonable duties as required

Qualifications

Newly Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA

Work experience
Minimum of 2-year experience as an Accountant

Technical knowledge, skills or other requirements
Strong technical accounting knowledge of jurisdiction
Detail understanding of expense and cashflow management
Led finance functions
