Job Description : Relevance of the Role:1. Candidates should be well versed with the warehouse processes GRN, FIFO, LIFO and Put away.2. Accurately pulls, fills, packs, and sets up orders for delivery or pickup. Adjustable to a warehouseenvironment and work on tasks or activities which are manually performed.3. Involved in moving stock around manually and carrying out all orders effectively. Should be able to manageoff the roll and on roll manpower and has knowledge of the same in his previous experiences.4. Maintain fill rate, FMCG inventory levels, and inventory records.5. Coordinate with the external as well as internal team members for smooth functioning of the business.6. Define the KRAs of the team members and monitor them regularly. Mentor, coach and motivate theemployees to meet their KRAs.7. Ensure completion of warehouse activities within TAT and meet the defined SLAs.8.
