Responsibilities
Build responsive, scalable user interface for data-driven web applications and own it from implementation to rollout
Collaborate with product teams across Synopsys as needed to build/enable innovative and differentiated products
Work with UX engineers/designers to help design intuitive user interface
Collaborate with backend engineers to formulate REST API contracts
Build and test well designed, easy to maintain user interface components that are responsive and compatible across browsers
Improve quality and reliability of web applications with unit and end-to-end tests
Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
Participate in design discussions, work with senior engineers to evaluate and prototype high performance features
Skills/Requirements
Bachelors in CS/ECE, Masters strongly preferred, 4+ years of experience
Experience in implementing full stack scalable and multi-tenant software solutions on the Cloud, AWS, Azure or GCP
Master in algorithms, data structures, and software architecture
Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture, and building cloud-native applications
Strong hands-on experience coding in Java, C++, Ruby or Python
Designed and built RESTful microservices and data processing pipelines on cloud platforms
Worked with Javascript frameworks such as Angular JS, React
HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3
Database MySQL/ PostgreSQL/MongoDB/ElasticSearch/Cassandra
SSO and familiarity with SAML and Auth0 highly preferred
Typescript knowledge a plus
Responsive design and UI/UX best practices
Docker/Kubernetes
CI/ CD (Jenkins, GitLab etc.)
Automated testing, code coverage, metrics
